Data Deletion Request
Submit a request to erase your personal credentials or records from our databases.
Under the **Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023**, you have the right to request the
erasure of your personal data when it is no longer required for educational registration or
administrative purposes.
Data Deletion Protocol
Upon submitting this form, the following procedure is initiated:
- Identity Verification: Our administrative team will verify your parent credentials
(email/phone) against the Firebase authentication record and Google Sheets database entries.
- Statutory Assessment: In accordance with educational regulations in India, certain
student records (e.g., student registry, exam grades, attendance logs) must be retained by schools
for specific legal durations. We will delete all request-eligible data (mobile app credentials,
contact query info, active geolocation logs) while retaining mandatory school files.
- Processing Timeline: Verified deletion requests are completed within 30
days, and a confirmation email is dispatched to your registered address once finished.
