Access to certain features (e.g., student portals, admission processing, fee receipts, or admit cards) requires registering an account using a parent's email address and mobile number, which is authenticated through Firebase.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password/mobile number).
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• All submissions made under your account (including admission details, parent declarations, uploaded documents, Aadhar card details, etc.) will be deemed to have been made by you. You must ensure all submitted information is accurate and authentic.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including logo, text, graphics, design, images, curriculum details, holiday schedules, digital files, and software interfaces, is the exclusive property of Dr. Taha Memorial Academy and is protected by Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may download and print pages from the website for your own personal, non-commercial, academic use (e.g., downloading an admit card or viewing the holiday list).
• You must not republish, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from any website materials without prior written consent from the School administration.

4. Online Admissions and Declarations

Submitting an admission query or form online does not guarantee admission. Admissions are subject to eligibility criteria, document verification (Aadhar cards, birth certificates), and availability of seats.

• Parents/guardians are required to check the declaration box before submitting forms, confirming the veracity of all provided facts.
• Any falsification of documents or details will lead to immediate rejection of the admission request or cancellation of enrollment without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure that all information on our platforms is accurate, up-to-date, and secure, the Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

• DTMA does not warrant that the website or application will operate error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful mechanisms.
